Privacy Policy

Your data, plainly.

Effective August 18, 2026· NextHaus, a Motiv Media, LLC property ("NextHaus," "we," "us"). This policy covers nexthaus.co, the sites we host for our customers, and every NextHaus service.

01What we collect

Account data — your name, email, phone, license number, brokerage details, and the photos and content you upload. You give us this to build your sites and marketing, and it appears where you publish it.

Listing data — addresses, photos, prices, and property facts for listings you create, plus public-records and market data we gather to enrich them.

Lead data — when a visitor submits a form on one of your sites (an inquiry, a valuation request, a tour booking), we collect what they typed — typically a name, email, phone, and message — and deliver it to you.

Usage data — page views on hosted sites (counted for your dashboard), sign-in events, and the technical logs any web service keeps. We do not sell advertising and we do not run third-party ad trackers on your sites.

02How we use it

To run the product: build and host sites, generate marketing designs, deliver leads, process print orders, bill subscriptions, and send the transactional email the product requires (sign-in links, lead alerts, order and billing notices). AI features process your listing content and photos to produce the artifacts you request; we don't use your content to train models.

03What we share, and with whom

We share data only with the processors that make the product work: payment processing (Stripe — we never see full card numbers), hosting and storage, email delivery, print fulfillment partners (who receive the artwork and ship-to address for orders you place), and data providers used for enrichment. Each receives only what its job requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

04What's public by design

Publishing a site makes its contents public — that is the product. Your name as licensed, license number, brokerage identification, and contact details appear on your published sites and printed marketing because real-estate advertising rules require them. Archiving a site takes it offline; caches and search engines may lag.

05Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data — most of it directly in the dashboard, and anything else by emailing privacy@nexthaus.co. California residents: the CCPA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing apply; we don't sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we don't discriminate for exercising rights. We honor deletion requests within 45 days, subject to records we must keep (billing, tax, legal holds).

06Leads belong to you — and their privacy is shared work

For lead data, you are the business and we are your service provider: we collect it on your instruction, deliver it to you, and don't use it for our own purposes. Requests from your leads about their data are yours to honor; we'll help when a request reaches us. Your use of leads (including any texting or calling) must comply with the laws that apply to you.

07Retention & security

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then delete or de-identify it. Payment credentials live with Stripe. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operating the product requires, and production credentials are restricted and revocable.

08Children

NextHaus is for licensed real-estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16; we don't knowingly collect children's data.

09Changes & contact

If this policy changes materially we'll note the new effective date here and tell active customers by email. Questions: privacy@nexthaus.co. See also our Terms of Service.
